We act as a processor (also known as a “service provider” or “contractor” under certain laws) when we process personal information on behalf of our Clients, including: Customer, fan, lead, or contact data uploaded or collected by a Client. Data collected through BrandBlock forms, funnels, landing pages, automations, and campaigns configured by a Client In these situations, the Client controls how the data is used and is responsible for its own privacy disclosures. We process such data only in accordance with the Client’s documented instructions and our contractual obligations. 3. Information we collect

BrandBlock collects personal information including name, email address, phone number, business name, and other information voluntarily provided when users submit forms, book appointments, or request services. 3.1 Account and contact information (Clients)

10.1 SMS Rights

Users may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Users may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of their mobile phone number or SMS consent data by contacting us.

11. SMS & Mobile Data Privacy

BrandBlock collects personal information including name, email address, phone number, and business details when users submit forms, book appointments, or request services. Phone numbers are collected for the purpose of sending SMS notifications related to account activity, bookings, service updates, and other information requested by the user. SMS consent is obtained through website forms where users explicitly agree to receive SMS notifications. Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. BrandBlock does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use cookies and tracking technologies to improve website functionality and user experience. BrandBlock implements reasonable security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
