This Privacy Policy explains how BrandBlock, a DBA of Adverium, owned and operated by TUBLife Entertainment LLC, handles personal information in connection with the BrandBlock platform and related services. Our services are primarily operated from the United States and governed by U.S. law, although our Clients and end users may be located in other countries.

2. Controller vs. processor roles

Our role depends on how we interact with the data.

2.1 When we act as a controller

We act as a data controller when we determine how and why personal information is processed, including when we: Operate, maintain, and improve BrandBlock Manage Client accounts, subscriptions, and billing Conduct our own marketing, sales, analytics, and security operations

2.2 When we act as a processor or service provider

We act as a processor (also known as a “service provider” or “contractor” under certain laws) when we process personal information on behalf of our Clients, including: Customer, fan, lead, or contact data uploaded or collected by a Client. Data collected through BrandBlock forms, funnels, landing pages, automations, and campaigns configured by a Client In these situations, the Client controls how the data is used and is responsible for its own privacy disclosures. We process such data only in accordance with the Client’s documented instructions and our contractual obligations. If you are an end user, fan, or customer of a business using BrandBlock, please review that business’s privacy policy. This Policy explains BrandBlock’s role as the underlying platform provider.

3. Information we collect

BrandBlock collects personal information including name, email address, phone number, business name, and other information voluntarily provided when users submit forms, book appointments, or request services. We may also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data through cookies and similar tracking technologies.

3.1 Account and contact information (Clients)

Collected directly from you when you create an account, request services, or communicate with us: Name, business name, role or job title Email address, phone number, and mailing address Login credentials (stored in encrypted or hashed form) Account settings, preferences, and support communications

3.2 End-user data processed for Clients

Processed on behalf of Clients using BrandBlock: Contact information such as name, email address, phone number, and general location Engagement data including form submissions, opt-ins, RSVPs, and campaign participation Email and SMS activity such as opens, clicks, replies, bounces, and unsubscribes Preferences, tags, segmentation data, and custom fields defined by the Client We use this data solely to provide services to the relevant Client.

3.3 Billing and transaction data

Billing contact information Subscription plans, invoices, transaction amounts, and payment history Limited payment data processed through third-party payment processors We do not store full payment card numbers or CVV codes.

3.4 Technical and usage data

Collected automatically when accessing BrandBlock services: IP address, device type, browser type, and operating system Log files, access times, pages viewed, referring URLs, and error logsPlatform usage metrics and feature interaction data.

3.5 Cookies and similar technologies

4. How we use personal information

4.2 Processing data for Clients

When acting as a processor, we: Execute campaigns, workflows, and automations configured by Clients Store and organize contact and engagement data Maintain and support platform functionality and security

4.3 Improving and securing our services

Monitoring performance and uptime Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents Developing and improving platform features Producing aggregated or anonymized analytics

4.4 Communicating with you

Responding to support inquiries Sending service, account, and security notices Delivering transactional communications

4.5 Marketing BrandBlock services

Sending information about product updates, features, and offers Tailoring communications based on engagement and preferences. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

5. How we share personal information

We do not sell personal information.

5.1 Service providers

We share information with trusted third parties that help operate BrandBlock, including: Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers Email and SMS delivery services Payment processors Analytics, monitoring, and customer support tools

5.2 Client-directed integrations

At a Client’s direction, data may be shared with third-party platforms connected to BrandBlock. These services are governed by their own privacy policies.

5.3 Business transfers

8.1 Protection of SMS Data

We apply the same commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to mobile and SMS-related data as we do to other personal information.

BrandBlock is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. You must be at least 18 years old to use BrandBlock services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If such information is discovered, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. If your data is controlled by a Client, requests may need to be directed to that Client.

10.1 SMS Rights

Users may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Users may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of their mobile phone number or SMS consent data by contacting us.

11. SMS & Mobile Data Privacy

BrandBlock collects personal information including name, email address, phone number, and business details when users submit forms, book appointments, or request services. Phone numbers are collected for the purpose of sending SMS notifications related to account activity, bookings, service updates, and other information requested by the user. SMS consent is obtained through website forms where users explicitly agree to receive SMS notifications. Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. BrandBlock does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use cookies and tracking technologies to improve website functionality and user experience. BrandBlock implements reasonable security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
